Freecash Learn — Privacy Policy

Freecash Learn is operated by ONETHOUSANDMILL TRADING. This policy explains how we handle information in the Freecash Learn app and its learning service.
It does not cover other services offered through Freecash websites or products. Those are operated separately and have their own terms. Freecash Learn contains no paid tasks, no cryptocurrency, no wallet and no withdrawals.

Information stored on your device
The app stores learning attempts, bookmarks, onboarding preferences and settings locally on your device.
Guest learning progress stays on your device and is uploaded only if you sign in and choose to import it. Bookmarks and preferences always remain local and are never uploaded.
Authentication credentials are stored using your device's secure storage. Depending on your settings, your device backups may also contain app data.
Information used for accounts and synchronisation
When you use a sign-in method, our authentication provider Privy processes the information needed to authenticate you. This can include your email address, your provider account identifier, profile information shared by your sign-in provider, and authentication or security information such as session tokens and timestamps.
For social sign-in, the profile information shared may include your name, username, profile image or email address. We do not receive your X password and we do not request permission to post to X.
Once signed in, we store on our servers:
- your learning sign-in identity (an account identifier)
- your learning attempts, scores and completion records
- your XP total, badges and streak history
- timestamps for synchronisation
What we do not collect
- We do not collect payment information. The app has no purchases.
- We do not use advertising networks and we do not serve ads.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use the App Tracking Transparency framework because we do not track.
- We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data.
- We do not sell personal information.
How we use information
Only to operate the learning service: authenticating you, synchronising your progress across devices, restoring progress if you reinstall, and responding to support requests.
We do not use your learning data for advertising or profiling, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Each third party with access to user data is required by contract to protect it to the same standard described in this policy, and may use it only to provide services to us. We do not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.
How long we keep information
We keep your cloud learning records while your account is active.
If you request deletion, we remove your cloud learning records and learning sign-in identity within 30 days. Backups containing the data are overwritten on our normal backup cycle, after which it is no longer recoverable.
Data stored only on your device is removed when you reset progress or delete the app.
Your choices and how to withdraw consent
- Use the app without an account. Lessons work offline with no cloud account at all. This is the simplest way to share nothing with us.
- Stop synchronising. Sign out in the app. Local progress continues to work.
- Export your data. You → Export learning progress.
- Delete your account. You → Delete account, directly in the app.
- Withdraw consent. Signing out and deleting your account withdraws your consent to cloud processing. You may also revoke our app's access from your sign-in provider's own settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and to data portability. To exercise these, email info@freecash.llc. We may need to verify ownership of the account first.
Children
Freecash Learn is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, email info@freecash.llc and we will delete it.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Security
We use transport encryption, device secure storage for credentials, and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
