Freecash Learn is an educational app operated by ONETHOUSANDMILL TRADING. Get help with lessons, account access, learning progress, and data requests.
Freecash Learn is a separate product from the rewards service on this website. The app contains no paid tasks, no cryptocurrency, no wallet and no withdrawals. XP and badges are learning achievements only.

Include your device model, app version, and a description of the problem. For account issues, tell us which sign-in method you use.
Never send passwords, one-time login codes, private keys or recovery phrases. We will never ask for them.
Can I use the app without an account?
Yes. Lessons and quizzes work offline and guest progress is saved on your device. Signing in is optional and enables cloud synchronisation.
How do I bring guest progress into my account?
After signing in, open You → Import guest progress. Bookmarks and app preferences stay on your device and are not uploaded.
Why isn't my progress syncing?
Check your internet connection and tap Sync progress. The first sync after a period of inactivity can take around a minute while the service starts.
Use the same sign-in method each time — a different method creates a different account.
Avoid Reset device progress while troubleshooting, because attempts that have not yet synced are stored locally and would be lost.
How do I export or delete my data?
- You → Export learning progress — download a copy of your progress.
- You → Reset device progress — clears local progress only. Cloud records are not deleted and can return after syncing.
- You → Delete account — requests deletion of your cloud learning records and your learning sign-in identity.
If you cannot access your account, email info@freecash.llc. We may need to verify ownership before completing a request.
Can I exchange XP for money?
No. XP, badges and streaks represent learning achievements. They cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold or exchanged for money or anything of value. Freecash Learn does not provide paid tasks, cryptocurrency rewards, trading, or a wallet.
